Push notifications stopped working on iPhone
On iOS, push notifications require the app to be installed to the Home Screen (Safari Share → Add to Home Screen, or the Robofy iOS app from the App Store). If you're in Safari directly, iOS only delivers notifications to PWAs that were installed. Open /command-center after installing and toggle Notifications on.
I get the push but tapping it does nothing
Verify Robofy is set to allow notifications at the OS level (iOS Settings → Notifications → Robofy → Allow Notifications). On Android, also confirm 'Show on lock screen' is enabled. If both are correct and the issue persists, email us with your device model + OS version.
The AI Assistant gives me a wrong recommendation
Robofy AI uses real specs we've verified, but it's still pattern-matching language to robots — it gets things wrong. Hit the reset button in the conversation header to start fresh with sharper context, or email support@robofy.world with the conversation snippet and we'll tune the underlying prompt.
Do you sell my data?
No. See our privacy policy. We collect behavioral signals to improve recommendations and build aggregated demand reports; we do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data. No ad-tech tracking pixels run on the site.
How do I delete my account + data?
Email support@robofy.world from the address on your account with subject 'Delete my account'. We wipe the account, every linked row (saved robots, tracked robots, intent signals, push subscriptions, leads), and confirm in writing within 7 days. Deletion is permanent.
A spec or price on a robot page is wrong
Email support@robofy.world with the robot name + the field + your source. We update editorial corrections within 48 hours and credit the operator who flagged it in our changelog.
