Terms of Service

Robofy is an independent intelligence platform for commercial robotics. We collect, organize, and present robot specs, pricing estimates, and operator reviews so you can decide which robot fits your operation.

We are not the manufacturer of any robot we list. We are not the seller; when you click through to a manufacturer's official site, the purchase happens there under their terms, not ours. We do not warrant the robot, the manufacturer's service, or that any price shown is current.

You may use Robofy anonymously for browsing. Saving robots, receiving alerts, and using personalization requires a free account.

You agree to keep the email + password you provide secure and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We can suspend accounts that abuse the AI Assistant (e.g. automated scraping, prompt-injection attacks against the underlying LLMs).

Robot specs, prices, payback estimates, and editorial reviews on Robofy are best-effort. They come from public manufacturer pages, press releases, operator reports, and editorial verification at the time of capture. Prices and availability change frequently; always confirm with the manufacturer before purchasing.

ROI calculators on this site are illustrative. Actual return depends on your operation. Don't use Robofy as the sole basis for a capital purchase decision.

You agree not to:

• Scrape the catalog at high frequency without a written agreement.
• Use the AI Assistant to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates the underlying LLM provider's usage policies.
• Impersonate a manufacturer when contacting their official channels via our handoff links.
• Reverse-engineer the Robofy app or attempt to bypass authentication.

Editorial copy, the AI Assistant's structured recommendations, our ROI methodology, and the original artwork (logo, brand mark) are © Robofy. Manufacturer images, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners; we display them under fair use for editorial purposes and remove them on documented request.

Robofy is provided as-is. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error- free, or fit for a particular operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robofy and its operator are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profit, arising from your use of the site.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@robofy.world. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms after one written warning, except for serious abuse (fraud, security attacks) which we may terminate without warning.

Material changes to these terms get a 30-day email notice to registered users. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are first to be resolved by written negotiation for 30 days; failing that, by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
